Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NLO Brain (nlobrain.com), a tool for storing notes and working with them using artificial intelligence. By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. What this service is
NLO Brain stores your notes, links them together and lets you search them by meaning. Some features are powered by language models: semantic search, suggested connections, short summaries. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Seller and payment processing
The seller of NLO Brain products is PE NIKOLAICHUK OLENA, a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 8172165, registered office: 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom. Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for our products. Your bank statement will show the charge as Paddle. Billing questions: [email protected]
3. Plans and subscription
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in account settings — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account. One account is for one person. Tell us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
5. Your content stays yours
Notes, files and everything you upload remain yours. We claim no rights over them and we do not use your notes to train models. We process them only to make the service work: indexing for search, building connections, running the requests you make.
6. What you may not do
Upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis, host illegal content, hammer the service with automated requests beyond your plan limits, or resell access to third parties. We may suspend an account for a breach — and will explain why.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it stable but do not guarantee one hundred per cent availability. Language model output can be inaccurate — verify anything important. We are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability is limited to what you paid over the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, which deletes your data with it. We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice; if we do, we refund the unused part of your subscription.
9. Changes to these terms
We will email you 14 days before any material change. Minor wording fixes may be made without notice.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We try to resolve disputes by email first — [email protected].
